Chadwick Pointe is a community of homes in Lawrenceville Georgia.  It is located right off of Sever Road near Duluth highway.  It is very close to Sugarloaf Mills Mall as well as Interstate 85 and Georgia 316.  Chadwick Pointe is a newer subdivision with many brick homes which includes a lake, a community pool, tennis courts, a playground, sidewalks, underground utilities, and street lights throughout the subdivision.  

Chadwick Pointe is serviced by the Gwinnett County School System.  The High School is Peachtree Ridge, The Middle School is Richard Hull, and the Elementary School is Jackson.
